		<description>Alec, it was good to see a picture and read about Viktor Tsoi, after visiting St. Petersburg and hearing about this Russian Kurt Cobain.  But it was even better to read about the &quot;100% Russian experience&quot; that holds no American equivalent.  Like Tsoi himself, it sounded fascinating.  Thanks for this glimpse into a completely Russian world.</description>
